Hello again.
Lots to update you on. It’s been a busy couple of weeks after a great Christmas and New Year break.
We delivered a small bug fix release last week, details of which are in the forum, plus we have one more coming up this week. I’ll post the details of that as soon as it is live.
Most exciting of all is today the invitations to people that have requested to join O2 Litmus have started to go out. We follow this up with our first proactive marketing campaign to selected O2 UK customers next week.
This is an important milestone for us. The presence of incentivised O2 customers in the community is one of the key elements that I believe sets O2 Litmus apart from other Developer Communities & App Stores.
These customers will bring great benefit to the Developers in O2 Litmus via feedback & co-creation on your Beta products and an audience to sell your finished commercial apps to.
You, our customers, benefit from being at the cutting edge of an exciting industry, helping to shape the future, and get great apps ahead of anyone else.
In terms of upcoming events, the O2 Litmus team will be at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona between the 16th – 19th February. O2 Litmus will be on the Telefonica stand (Hall 8 stand 8B185) so pop along and have a chat with us.
Also I will discussing our approach to O2 Litmus in the Web 2.0 Conference on the 18th.
Finally I'm please to announce that O2 Litmus will be sponsoring and attending the WIP Jam on the 19th – find out more here: www.wipjam.com
As always, feel free to get in touch via the forums or Twitter and keep spreading the word!
James

Update to MWC Activity
I'm pleased to announce two more activities for the O2 Litmus team:

An international Jury will now select the 20 finalists to present at the Peer Awards event in Barcelona. The finalists chosen to present in Barcelona will be announced on January 26. You can find out more by visiting the Peer Awards Site at http://www.mobilepeerawards.com/
I will be presenting at an Oracle Breakfast briefing event on the morning of the 18th at the Oracle Pavilion. I will post registration details as soon as I have them.
