The App will enable O2 customers to view a summary of their mobile account including recent charges and allowance information - total charges are summarised for ‘Voice’, ‘Data’, ‘Message’ & ‘Other’ allowances. Account summary information helps the customer to keep track of phone usage in real-time, especially useful as mobile networks are now capping data transfer. The App is a proto-type and has been uploaded for feedback to determine whether it could be of benefit to O2 customers – feedback would be appreciated for the following areas: Does the app look and function well? Does it work on all handsets? Does the app provide a benefit to O2 customers? Note: the proto-type App will only return account information for a test account to demonstrate potential capability. This app works with any device with Java enabled.
